I have not received the registration for the vehicle I've purchased.

Registration / Title gets mailed within 10 business days after vehicle purchase date. If you have not received the Registration/Title within 20 business days of vehicle purchase please email us at registrations@jdmauto.us or call us at 540-373-5847.

I have a complaint about the vehicle I've purchased.

We take pride on the quality of our vehicles, If you have any complaints about your recent purchase please write us an email at complaints@jdmauto.us and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Does JDM Auto offer Virginia Safety Inspections on their vehicles?

All of our vehicles go through Virginia safety inspection via third party. Please contact a salesperson for additional information.

Does JDM Auto offer State Emissions on their vehicles?

We can guarantee VA state emissions prior to sale upon request. Please ask your salesperson for additional information.

Does JDM Auto offer out of state safety inspection?

Currently, we only offer Virginia Safety Inspection. We DO NOT Guarantee any other state inspection.

Does JDM Auto vehicles come with a Service Contract and/or Extended Warranty?

Service contracts are offered on most of our vehicles at additional charge. Service contracts are available starting from 3 months and goes up to 48 months. Different coverage’s are available and pricing is based on the coverage selected. Service contracts are an option to purchase at the time of sale and is a great option to protect your future investment. Call us for further details.

Does JDM Auto offer financing?

We work with various different lenders to help our customers get approved. Are you looking to rebuild and improve your credit? Our lenders offer financing for customers with any type of credit.

Does JDM Auto Speciaize in any Make or Model?

We specialize in most Volkswagen’s/Audi’s, BMW’s, and Subaru’s. Please call for details.

Does JDM Auto hold vehicles for customers?

We offer the opportunity for our customers to place a hold on a vehicle with a hold deposit. Please note: Hold deposits are non-refundable and are non-transferable. Hold deposits will be applied towards the purchase of the vehicle.

Does JDM Auto offer Remote Sale option?

We have remote sale option available (Domestic) for all our vehicles. Customer is responsible for arranging own shipping/transportation through a 3rd party. Please contact a salesperson for additional information.

Where is JDM AUTO located?

We are located in downtown Fredericksburg. Our address is 1101 Lafayette Blvd Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401.

What is a PDI?

PDI is our Pre Delivery Inspection. We take pride in the level of quality we provide in our vehicles. We perform major work on vehicles that are known for common problems(i.e. VW/Audi 2.oT rear main seal leak, BMW 3.oL Oil Pan leak, Subaru 2.5L head gasket leak, etc.). This ensures the longevity for our vehicles and provides safety for our customers. Vehicles with a PDI comes with a 3 month or 4500 mile service contract.

How much is the PDI ?

The prices for our PDI may vary depending on the vehicle. Please ask your sales person for additional information.
